The tenure of the last Board of Directors of CROSPIL expired about December, 2012. It was headed by Late Surveyor Etim Ayomobi. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to chart the policy course of the company including the recruitment of relevant professionals and technical staff. Most activities of the company require the resolution of the Board of Directors. There is a compelling need therefore for the Board of Directors to be constituted.
