About Our Company
Cross River State Property Development and Investments Limited (CROSPIL) was incorporated as a State owned private limited liability company on the 21st of August, 1991 with registration no. RC 170518 to take over all the assets and liabilities of the erstwhile Cross River State Housing Corporation (CRSHC) with effect from 1st April, 1992. its Head Office is located at No.1 Bishop Moynagh Avenue, State Housing Estate, Calabar.
The Company's Shareholders are the Ministry of Finance Incorporated and the defunct Equity and Investments Limited (whose assets and liabilities have been taken over by Investments Promotion Bureau). The Company's Authorized Share capital as at date of incorporation was N10,000,000.00 (Ten Million Naira) which has been increased to N400,000,000.00 (Four Hundred Million Naira) to meet current economic and investment challenges.
MISSION STATEMENT
To build good quality and cost effective housing units and effectively manage and maintain existing estates.
MANDATE
CROSPIL’s mandate is to deliver affordable housing schemes for the citizen of the state and the public having regard tourism the tourism status of the state.
VISION
To be the major provider of low, medium and high income residential estates across the State and beyond.
